Technology Management Plan. The Contractor on an annual basis shall present a summary of their analysis of emerging/advanced technologies that offer the opportunity for improvements to the CWB, and are candidates for product improvement based Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Areas of interest to the Government include, but are not limited to technologies, components, and materials that increase capacity, reduce weight, decrease charging time, reduce price, and offer improvements in safety. The status of this analysis shall be topic at each quarterly In Process Review (see T able 1: M eetings and Reviews). Information shall be in compliance with CDRL A003.

Technology Management Plan. A specific component of the Project Arrangement jointly developed by the Parties in which they agree on how Project Background and Foreground Information will be handled, and which will discuss among other things, the rights of the Parties and their Contractors and Participants concerning Intellectual Property created under this Agreement, including how any royalties shall be shared, where such Intellectual Property shall be protected, and who shall be responsible for obtaining that protection and granting licenses.
