Engineering Change Proposals. (ECPs) - ECPs shall be prepared in accordance with the approved configuration management plan and the requirements of the contract. DI-SESS-80639D approved 7 April 2015, EIA-649-1 of Nov 2014 and MIL-HDBK-61A of 7 Feb 2001 apply. An ECP shall be submitted whenever the detail level physical configuration, material quality, operational or functional performance of equipment or installed systems will not be in compliance with baseline design-related documents (Specifications, Contract Drawings, etc.), and a change to the baseline document is considered an appropriate means of resolving a design-related issue. The contractor shall develop documentation in sufficient detail to enable Government review and evaluation of the merits of the proposed change, including cost and scheduling impact, ship class impact if applicable, and consequences if disapproved. List all existing drawings and technical manuals impacted by the change, including a brief narrative explanation of needed changes to incorporate the ECP if approved. Provide weight and moment data incidental to the change, if applicable. The Contractor shall also prepare applicable baseline document insert sheets, with specific word changes or proposed re-write, to facilitate baseline documentation changes.

Engineering Change Proposals. The Contractor shall prepare and submit preliminary ECPs for all proposed configuration changes including changes generated by vendors. The purpose of the preliminary ECP is to provide advance notification of a proposed change, assign a recommended ECP classification (Class I or II), and obtain Government concurrence to expend resources to fully document the proposed change. If a Class I ECP is proposed, the Contractor shall include rationale explaining why the proposed change cannot be accomplished by a Class II ECP. The Contractor shall include Life Cycle Cost (LCC) impact estimates as part of the preliminary Class I ECP.
Engineering Change Proposals. (CDRL A007) Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) shall be submitted by the Contractor, and shall be limited to those which are necessary or offer benefit to the Government. MIL-HDBK-61A, Section 6.2, provides guidance concerning the classification of ECP’s. The Government will review each ECP upon receipt and notify the Contractor in writing of approval/disapproval. Major engineering changes prior to the establishment of the product baseline shall be approved by the Program Office and Contracting Officer at In-Process Reviews (IPR). Technologies that reduce the overall system weight (without degradation of other performance characteristics), and/or increases performance, durability, and service life are a priority.

  • Engineering Changes Customer may request that Flextronics incorporate engineering changes into the Product by providing Flextronics with a description of the proposed engineering change sufficient to permit Flextronics to evaluate its feasibility and cost. Flextronics will proceed with engineering changes when the parties have agreed upon the changes to the Specifications, delivery schedule and Product pricing and the Customer has issued a purchase order for the implementation costs.

  • Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.

  • PRODUCT AND PRICING CHANGE REQUESTS Supplier may request Equipment, Product, or Service changes, additions, or deletions at any time. All requests must be made in writing by submitting a signed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form to the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. This approved form is available from the assigned Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator. At a minimum, the request must: • Identify the applicable Sourcewell contract number; • Clearly specify the requested change; • Provide sufficient detail to justify the requested change; • Individually list all Equipment, Products, or Services affected by the requested change, along with the requested change (e.g., addition, deletion, price change); and • Include a complete restatement of pricing documentation in Microsoft Excel with the effective date of the modified pricing, or product addition or deletion. The new pricing restatement must include all Equipment, Products, and Services offered, even for those items where pricing remains unchanged. A fully executed Sourcewell Price and Product Change Request Form will become an amendment to this Contract and will be incorporated by reference.

  • Additional proposals If the Company at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desires to modify expand or otherwise vary its activities carried on pursuant to this Agreement beyond those specified in any approved proposal, it shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within 2 months after giving such notice shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of such modifications expansions or variations and such other matters as the Minister may require. The provisions of clause 4 and 5 (including (for the avoidance of doubt) clause 5(9)) shall apply, the necessary changes being made, to proposals submitted pursuant to this clause.

  • Acquisition Proposals (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, during the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and continuing until 11:59 p.m. (New York time) on September 14, 2015 (the “Go-Shop Period End Date”, such period, the “Solicitation Period”), PRE and its Subsidiaries and their respective Representatives shall have the right to (i) initiate, solicit or encourage any inquiry or the making of any proposal or offer that constitutes an Acquisition Proposal (except that the reference to 15% in such term will be deemed changed to 50% for purposes of this ‎Section 6.08(a)), including by providing information (including non-public information and data) regarding, and affording access to the business, properties, assets, books, records and personnel of, PRE and its Subsidiaries to any Person pursuant to an Acceptable Confidentiality Agreement (it being understood that such Acceptable Confidentiality Agreement (A) must contain “standstill” or similar provisions or otherwise prohibit the making or amendment of any Acquisition Proposal not solicited by the PRE Board to the maximum extent permissible under applicable Law and (B) shall not include an obligation of PRE to reimburse such Person’s expenses); provided, that PRE shall make available to Parent (at substantially the same time) any non-public information concerning PRE or its Subsidiaries that is provided to any Person given such access that was not previously made available to the Parent, and (ii) engage in, enter into, continue or otherwise participate in any discussions or negotiations with any Persons or group of Persons with respect to any Acquisition Proposals and cooperate with or assist or participate in or facilitate any such inquiries, proposals, discussions or negotiations or any effort or attempt to make any Acquisition Proposal. PRE shall promptly (and in any event within 24 hours) notify Parent in writing of the identity of each Person or group of Persons from whom PRE receives an Acquisition Proposal during the Solicitation Period, the material terms and conditions of such Acquisition Proposal (including the financing sources, if applicable), and a copy of such Acquisition Proposal (including any agreements relating to such financing, if applicable).

  • Alternative Proposals Unless otherwise specified in the Data Sheet (DS nos. 5 and 6), alternative proposals shall not be considered. Where the conditions for its acceptance are met, or justifications are clearly established, UNDP reserves the right to award a contract based on an alternative proposal.
