Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).
Technology Export. The Licensee shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the Product in violation of any U.S. or Canadian law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Nearmap, or otherwise remove it from the United States or Canada, except in compliance with all applicable U.S. and Canadian laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Licensee shall not permit any third party to access or use the Product in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria) or a Canadian embargo.
Technology Export. Customer will not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the Spellbook AI Platform in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Rally or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer will not permit any third party to access or use the Spellbook AI Platform in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo.
Technology Export. Customer shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the Software in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or
Technology Export. Licensee shall not permit any third party to access or use the Software in violation of any Swiss law or regulation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee shall not permit any third party to access or use the Software in, or export it to, a country subject to a Swiss embargo.
Technology Export. Customer will comply in all respects with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations and obtain all permits, licenses and authorizations or certificates that may be required in connection Customer’s use of the IFI as a Service. Customer represents and warrants that: (a) Customer is not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the export of the software or related information would be prohibited by the applicable laws, rules or regulations of the United States or Canada or any other applicable jurisdiction; (b) Customer is not an individual to whom the export of the Entrust Software or related information would be prohibited by the laws of the United States or Canada or applicable jurisdiction; and (c) Customer has and will comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations of the United States and Canada or applicable jurisdiction and of any state, province, or locality or applicable jurisdiction governing exports of any product or service provided by or through Entrust.

The Port shall not: (a) permit any third party to access or use the System in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (b) export any software provided by Vendor or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The Port shall not permit any third party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).
Technology Export. Customer may not: (1) permit any third-party to access or use the Headset Services in violation of any U.S. law or regulation; or (2) export any software provided by Headset or otherwise remove it from the United States except in compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer shall not permit any third-party to access or use the System in, or export such software to, a country subject to a United States embargo (as of the Effective Date, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).
Technology Export. Licensee shall comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and all applicable export laws, restrictions, and regulations of any United States or foreign agency or authority and not to export or re-export, or allow the export or re-export of any product, technology or information it obtains or learns pursuant to this Agreement (or any direct product thereof) in violation of any such laws, restrictions or regulations.
Technology Export. The Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the Software in violation of any Canadian law or regulation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Customer shall not permit any third party to access or use the Software in or export such software to, a country subject to an embargo by Canada or the United States.
