Supplementation of Workers’ Compensation Benefits a) The Employer agrees that whenever a permanent or temporary employee, who has passed probation, is injured during the course of their duties, they shall, for the period during which they receive compensation under The Workers’ Compensation Act, be entitled to receive their regular gross payment of wages on the regular pay days for a period of time up to one (1) full year for permanent employees and until the end date on the letter of offer for temporary employees. If there is no end date on the letter of offer, the temporary employee shall receive gross payment on the regular wages for a period of time up to the employee they are replacing returns or one (1) full year, whichever comes earlier. The employee shall assign to the Employer all compensation cheques issued to them by the Workers’ Compensation Board in respect to the compensable period.

Supplementation of Workers’ Compensation Benefits. The Employer agrees that whenever any employee covered by this Agreement is injured during the course of, or in the performance of their duties, they shall, for the period during which they received full compensation as defined under Workers’ Compensation Act be entitled to be paid their full salary on the regular pay days, and the Employee shall assign to the Employer all wage replacement payment(s) issued by the Workers’ Compensation Board in respect to such period.

  • WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;

Contractor agrees to compile data, maintain records and submit reports to permit effective enforcement of all applicable antidiscrimination laws and this provision. Contractor shall include this nondiscrimination provision in all subcontracts related to this Agreement and when applicable give notice of these obligations to labor organizations with which they have Agreements.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. The compensation payable pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be payable in equal semi-monthly installments on the last day of each such pay period.

All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • Health Benefits The method for determining the Employer bi-weekly contributions to the cost of employee health insurance programs under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) will be as follows:

  • Compensation/Benefit Programs During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all medical, dental, hospitalization, accidental death and dismemberment, disability, travel and life insurance plans, and any and all other plans as are presently and hereinafter offered by the Company to its executive personnel, including savings, pension, profit-sharing and deferred compensation plans, subject to the general eligibility and participation provisions set forth in such plans.
