Summer Holidays. 12.1.6. Notwithstanding the above, if a teacher is required to use personal leave day(s) to extend Christmas, Easter or the summer holidays, the day(s) will result in a deduction of pay in an amount equivalent to the full or half day rate of pay for a substitute teacher as applicable and provided for in Article 5.1.1 providing the teacher has not already used those days.
Summer Holidays. The Working Rule Agreement states that the summer holiday shall be two calendar weeks, not necessarily consecutive, to be fixed in the ‘summer period’. Winter Holiday and Associated Public Holidays The Working Rule Agreement states that there shall be seven working days taken in conjunction with Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day to give holiday of two calendar weeks. Remaining Holiday Entitlement The remaining accrued holiday entitlement will be taken as mutually agreed and in line with the employer’s policy and expectations.

Summer Holidays. 15.1 If the Tenant leaves for an extended period of time, including the summer, and leaves their belongings in the Premises, they will continue to be charged rent for such time until the Lease is formally terminated.
