Sub-Project Agreements. 1. Each Sub-project under Part A of the Project shall be implemented under an agreement (the Sub-project Agreement) acceptable to the Bank, to be concluded between MEPNS and the Beneficiary concerned upon completion by MEPNS of an environmental review of the Sub-project.
