Contractor’s Documents definition

Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of a technical nature (if any) supplied by the Contractor under the Contract.
Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of a technical nature (if any) supplied by the Contractor under the Contract; as described in sub-clause 5.2 [Contractor's Documents], including all intellectual property rights contained therein.
Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, manuals, models, progress reports and other documents, including those of a technical nature, made by or on behalf of the CONTRACTOR under the CONTRACT.

  • In Contractor’s contracts with other Contractors, Contractor shall expressly obligate its Sub-Contractors to grant the County the aforesaid assignment and license rights as to that Contractor’s Documents and Materials.

  • Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Contractor shall supply to the Engineer six copies of each of the Contractor’s Documents.

  • The Contractor shall keep, on the Site, a copy of the Contract, publications named in the Specification, the Contractor’s Documents (if any), the Drawings and Variations and other communications given under the Contract.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Documents

Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, drawings, manuals, models, other software, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of the technical nature supplied by the Contractor under the contract.
Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, drawings, manuals, models, other soft ware, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of the technical nature supplied by the contractor under the contract, as described in sub clause 9.2 (contractors documents )
Contractor’s Documents mean all documents, software and any other form of recording and transferring of information submitted or to be submitted by the Contractor under this Contract to the Employer, including, without limitation, the construction documents, licences and permits, operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings, all as specified in this Contract as being part of the Work, or, if there is no such specification, as may be identified by referring to the requirements of Article 33.
Contractor’s Documents means all documents (including the Contractor’s Design Documents), CAD materials, plans, designs, diagrams, technical data, models, bills of quantities, reports, calculations and other recorded information (and any designs contained in them), of any nature whatsoever, which have been or will be written, prepared and/or produced by or on behalf of the Contractor in connection with the design and/or construction of the Works. Add the following new definitions:-
Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, manuals, models and other documents of a technical nature supplied by the Contractor under the Contract; as described in Sub­Clause 5.2 [Contractor's Documents].
Contractor’s Documents means the calculations, computer programmes and models, and all other documents of a technical nature supplied by the Contractor under the Contract.
