Step Three - Township Administrator. In the event the grievance is not resolved at Step Two, or in the event the Department Head has not served a timely written response at Step Two, then within five (5) working days after the response date set forth in Step Two, the grievant and the Union may present the written grievance and any written response(s) received at Step One and/or Step Two to the Township Administrator, together with a written statement of the dissatisfaction with the results at Step Two. Upon receipt of the grievance by the Township Administrator, the procedures set forth in Step Once shall be followed, except that the meeting date period shall be seven (7) working days and the response period shall be fourteen (14) working days.

Step Three - Township Administrator. In the event the grievance is not resolved to the Union's satisfaction at Step Two, then the Union shall present the grievance to the Township Administrator within five (5) working days. The Union and the Administrator shall meet within fifteen (15) working days of the Administrator's receipt of the grievance and, if the matter is not resolved at the meeting, the Administrator or his designee shall issue his written decision within fifteen (15) working days of the meeting.
Step Three - Township Administrator. If the aggrieved and/or the PBA is not satisfied with the response of the Chief of Police or if no written response has been received by the PBA President within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Chief receiving the written grievance; then thereafter the aggrieved and/or the PBA may file a written request for a hearing and a determination to the Township Administrator, at which time all parties of interest shall hold a hearing, at the hearing all parties of interest shall be heard. The Township Administrator shall be in charge of the hearing and may be the hearing officer or may appoint a hearing officer, at the Administrator's sole discretion. At the hearing either party may have a court reporter to transcribe the testimony, evidence, etc.. The hearing shall be within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the Township Administrator receives the written grievance for Step Three. The hearing officer shall deliver his or her written decision within fourteen (14) calendar days from the hearing date to the PBA President, the aggrieved and the Township. Both parties shall have full discovery prior to the hearing.
Step Three - Township Administrator. If the aggrieved and/or the PBA is not satisfied with the response of the Chief of Police or if no written response has been received by the PBA President within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Chief receiving the written grievance, then thereafter the aggrieved and/or the PBA may file the grievance within fourteen (14) days with the Township Administrator. The Township Administrator shall deliver his or her written decision within fourteen (14) calendar days from the transmittal of the grievance to the PBA President, the aggrieved and the Township.

  • Selection of Administrator The Parties have jointly selected CPT Group, Inc. to serve as the Administrator and verified that, as a condition of appointment, CPT Group, Inc. agrees to be bound by this Agreement and to perform, as a fiduciary, all duties specified in this Agreement in exchange for payment of Administration Expenses. The Parties and their Counsel represent that they have no interest or relationship, financial or otherwise, with the Administrator other than a professional relationship arising out of prior experiences administering settlements.

  • Claims Administrator A. The Human Resources Director through his/her designated Claims Administrators shall administer the provision of this policy. The City Physician shall provide the City's Claims Administrators with all available medical information concerning the Employee's injury and/or medical opinions as requested. Medical information and opinions shall be based upon the Employee's medical records and/or physical examination. Questions of Employee eligibility shall be determined by the provisions established under State Statute 49-110, 49-111 and Oklahoma Worker's Compensation Title 85. Prior to any denial of injury leave benefits where lost time actually occurred, the administrator shall notify Union and allow a Union representative the opportunity to review the application pending denial and provide any additional information relating to same as may be necessary. Should the City change designated Claims Administrators Local 176 will be notified in writing.
