Subsequent Waiver Requests. The School may request additional waivers. Waivers of District policies may be granted only to the extent permitted by state law. Waiver of District policies shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any such requests for waivers must include a statement articulating how the School plans to comply with the intent of the statute, rule, or policy for which waiver is required.
