STATE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE. 13.1 All employees shall be covered under Washington State Workmen’s Industrial Accident Compensation or guaranteed equal coverage.
STATE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE. Section 3.1 The District shall make required contributions for State Industrial on behalf of all employees subject to this Agreement or provide an adequate self-insurance plan.

STATE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE. When an employee is compensated by State Industrial Insurance for absence from work due to a work- related injury or illness, the District will comply with current state law.

STATE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE. Employer’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual is adopted by reference and attached in pertinent part.
STATE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE. The Employer will provide State Industrial Insurance for each employee covered by this Agreement on the same basis as provided in the past. Additionally, when an employee is injured at work and is released to light or modified work duties and the Employer has determined it has light and/or modified work duty available for the employee, the employee will return to work on light duty.
STATE INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE. Any nurse injured on the job and eligible for State Industrial Compensation may, at the nurse’s option, be paid from accrued PTO/EIB in the amount of the difference between the nurse's regular pay and that paid by Industrial Insurance.
