The Industrial Compensation clause establishes the terms under which employees in an industrial setting are compensated for their work. Industrial Compensation. Classified employees of this District are covered by compensation insurance with the State Industrial Insurance System. This coverage shall be provided by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ City School District at no cost to the employee; premiums shall be paid by the District.
