Raingear. The County will provide adequate raingear for employees whose work places them in need of raingear. Raingear will be provided at no cost to employees.
Raingear. The College will have a minimum of four (4) sets of raingear available for use by employees covered by this agreement when their duties necessitate such.
Raingear. The above items shall be replaced as needed, by the City, within a reasonable amount of time from the employee's written request. Such requests shall include the reason for replacement and is contingent upon approval of the Division Commander via chain of command.
Raingear. The District shall provide raingear for Van Drivers, Van Driver Helpers, Maintenance Workers, and Groundskeepers. One (1) set of raingear per building site for custodians, shall also be provided. Raingear will be replaced as needed. The following clothing allowances will be provided by the District for the following classifications: Custodians: District will provide five (5) shirts annually for members of the custodial staff. Additionally, an allowance of $100 per year for the purchase of non-slip shoes or boots will be provided. Maintenance, Grounds, and Warehouse: Maintenance, Grounds and Warehouse staff will annually receive five (5) shirts. Additionally, Maintenance, Grounds, and Warehouse staff shall receive an allowance of up to $150 per year toward the purchase of steel toed work boots that minimally conform to ASTM F2413 Class 50 standards. Food Services: Campus Catering staff, working in kitchens, will receive 3 aprons upon hire. Replacements will be reissued as needed. Additionally, employees working more than 5 hours per day will receive an allowance up to $100 per year for the purpose of non-slip shoes. Employees working less than 5 hours per day will receive an allowance of up to $50 per year toward the purchase of non-slip shoes. Cell phone use: In lieu of cell phones being the best way of communicating with Maintenance and Grounds staff, a once a year payment of $100 will be placed in a 401K for each full time Maintenance, Grounds, and Head Custodian SEIU Member for use of their phone to communicate during work hours. Employees are required to wear safety equipment as required by their immediate supervisor and that which is necessary for safety in the work they are performing, and employees in the classifications mentioned above are required to wear uniforms listed above while performing their normal duties. Safety equipment will be purchased and maintained by the District. District specified and funded clothing must be worn during duty hours.

Raingear. The Employer shall furnish raingear which shall include bib overalls, jacket, gloves and steel-toed rubber boots, which shall be returned upon termination or upon reassignment to a position not requiring raingear.
Raingear. The Company shall provide all regular Employees with raingear and such raingear shall be replaced on an as needed basis on return of the damaged or worn out article. The Company shall also provide temporary Employees with raingear on an as needed basis, as per present practice, and such raingear shall be returned at the end of the temporary Employees dispatch. It is understood and agreed that all raingear provided by the Company remains the property of the Company.
Raingear. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, the Company shall provide all Employees with raingear and such raingear shall be replaced on an as needed basis. It is understood and agreed that all raingear provided by the Company remains the property of the Company.
Raingear. The Employer shall supply industrial grade raingear consisting of one (1) rain jacket and one (1) pair of rain pants annually for all employees required to work in residential, residential recycling, toter truck classifications and shop employees.
Raingear. An issue of raingear will be provided without cost, to employees who have completed their probationary period. Unusable raingear shall be replaced upon return. Raingear shall remain the property of the Employer and shall be returned upon termination, lay-off or retirement.
