Stage 1 – Supervisor. A. An Administrator, having a Grievance, will discuss it with his/her Supervisor, either directly or through a representative, with the objective of resolving the matter informally. The Supervisor will confer with all Parties of Interest, but in arriving at his/her decision will not consider any material or statements offered by or on behalf of any such Party of Interest with whom consultation has been had without the Aggrieved Party or his/her representative present. The Administrator may be present during the discussion of the Grievance.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Member’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The Cooperative must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.
