Staff Accommodations. Where employees are required to stay away from home overnight on BCGEU business, as per the BCGEU Financial Manual, they shall be entitled to be reimbursed for the cost incurred in obtaining single occupancy accommodation or alternate private dwelling accommodation.

Staff Accommodations. 1. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), NPS will make its best efforts to accommodate the staff members who are at increased risk for severe illness from COVID-19, with a remote assignment; if this is not possible, an accommodation will be provided in the form of a Medical Leave of Absence, in compliance with the FMLA, including the eFMLA/FFRC, and pursuant to Unit contracts, with all benefits specified therein excluding access to the employee sick leave bank.
Staff Accommodations. Staff described in Section 17.1 above will be given preference for remote work. Staff within the categories below will be offered reasonable and available accommodations, which may include but are not limited to remote work.

  • Reasonable Accommodations Landlord agrees to comply with all applicable laws providing equal housing opportunities, including making reasonable accommodations for known physical or mental limitations of qualified individuals with a disability, unless undue hardship on Landlord would result.
