Travel and Accommodation. (a) Subject to Section 16:03, each Teacher shall be responsible for providing transportation between his/her place of residence and his/her Base School on School Days.
(b) In the event that a Teacher is required to travel from his/her residence, in the performance of Employer approved duties or Employer approved and/or sponsored curricular or Extra-Curricular Activities, on a day other than a School Day, the Teacher shall be paid a travel allowance according to 16:02 (b).
(c) Notwithstanding (a) and (b) of this subsection, a Teacher who is seconded to work days which are not School Days shall:
1. be responsible for providing transportation from the Teacher's place of residence to the Teacher's place of work on days the offices of the seconding body are open for business; and,
2. be paid a travel allowance according to 16:02
Travel and Accommodation. When an Employee travels in addition to his Craft (either during working hours or beyond a free zone which is the greater of a forty-five (45) kilometer radius measured from the centre of a city or the city limits), such extra time shall be paid for at the regular basic straight time rate.
Travel and Accommodation. 10.1 The Player will be responsible for their own airfare, travel and accommodation in consideration to the Event.

Travel and Accommodation. (a) When an Employee is required to work on daily locations outside the Studio Zone, the call will originate at the edge of the Studio Zone. Travel time from a location to the edge of the Studio Zone shall be paid at the rate in use and effect during the last hour of work at the location, but the hourly rate for travel time shall not exceed two times (2x) the basic hourly rate, unless a meal penalty is incurred during the travel time. If a meal penalty is incurred, Article Twelve shall apply.
(b) When the unit is outside the Studio Zone on distant locations and the Company requires that the Employee lay over away from his/her home base, the Employee shall receive one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00) per diem on an unworked sixth (6th) day in lieu of any other payment and one hundred thirty dollars ($130.00) on an unworked seventh (7th) day in lieu of any other payment. If work is performed on the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) days of the week, or on paid holidays, Articles Eight, Nine and Thirteen shall apply.
(c) For any day of the week the Employee is required to travel only to a distant location, he/she shall receive a four (4) hour minimum call as a travel allowance; if such travel time is over four (4) hours, then the Employee shall receive the actual travel time to the location, but in no event more than a maximum travel allowance of eight (8) hours’ pay. If this travel occurs on a Statutory Holiday, the payments under this Article will be in addition to the payment for the holiday (Article Thirteen (a)). Travel time on a travel-only day is not work time.
(d) When Employees are travelling to and from a location outside the Studio Zone, first class transportation shall be provided by the Company. When travelling by air, economy class shall be considered adequate.
(e) When transporting Employees by car to location within a two (2) hour driving distance from the edge of the Studio Zone, the maximum number of passengers per standard sedan and standard nine passenger vehicle shall be five (5) and eight (8) respectively, including the driver. If the driving distance exceeds two (2) hours from base to location, the maximum shall be reduced by one (1), to four (4) and seven (7) respectively, including the driver. The driver shall adhere to the traffic regulations and to speed limits as posted and be the holder of a valid driver’s license. It is the Company’s responsibility to ascertain that all vehicles and occupants are fully insured.

Travel and Accommodation. 11.01 When a Cameraperson is required to work at a location outside the boundaries of see Appendix B, the Company agrees to originate the call at the boundaries of the zone. Time used to travel to and from locations shall be considered as part of the workday and subject to the provisions for overtime and meal penalties as described herein.
11.02 For the purposes of this Agreement, the boundaries of see Appendix B shall be considered a circle with a radius of 25KM centered at the intersection of Ste. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. and Cartier streets in the city of Montréal.
11.03 A “Distant Location” is any work location that is situated one (1) hour or more drive from the edge of the Studio Zone.
11.04 When any Camerapersons are travelling to and from a location outside the boundaries of see Appendix B, the Company shall provide first class or business class transportation. Economy class jet air travel shall be considered adequate for the purposes of this Agreement only for flights (gate to gate, destination to destination) under three (3) hours inclusive. When transporting Camerapersons by car to locations within a two (2) hour driving distance from the Company base, the maximum number of passengers per standard sedan and standard nine (9) passenger vehicle shall be five (5) and eight (8) respectively, including the driver. If the driving distance exceeds two (2) hours from the base to location, the maximum number of occupants in the vehicles shall be reduced by one (1) to four (4) and seven (7) respectively, including the driver. The driver shall adhere strictly to the traffic regulations and speed limits as posted. When a Cameraperson is required to move from one place of work to another, the Company shall supply proper legal passenger transport and time so spent shall count as time worked. For the purposes of travel, a Cameraperson shall not ride in the backs of trucks or in the freight areas of vehicles.
11.05 If travelling by no-sleeper train, plane, automobile, bus or ship, all time spent in travelling shall be subject to all overtime and penalty provisions.
11.06 When Camerapersons are required to travel, each Cameraperson shall be insured by the Company for the duration of the travel including the return trip, for the sum of not less than two hundred and fifty thousand dollars (250 000,00$). Travel and Accommodation. 9.1 In the event of the Musician being required to play or rehearse outside the boroughs of Newcastle/Gateshead/N & S Tyneside/Tyne and Wear (or moving base) the Trust shall either provide transport for Musicians and instruments or pay the appropriate second- class rail fare and the actual cost of porterage for any heavy instrument involved. For concerts at The Fire Station in Sunderland, NMT will provide a coach to transport the musicians from Home Base
9.2 Unless return travel to the home base can be achieved by 2:00am, the Trust shall normally provide overnight accommodation. Where the Trust does not provide accommodation, or where the Musician gives at least 28 days’ notice that he/she does not require accommodation to be provided, an overnight allowance as set out in Appendix 3 shall be payable in accordance with the terms specified on the company ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ the event that onward travel from the moving base commences after a hotel check-out deadline, the intervening period shall be deemed on-call hours.
9.3 Payments shall be made for return to the home base or moving base between 12 midnight and 2.00am, and for leaving the base before 8.30am, and these are set out in Appendix Three.
9.4 If the Orchestra leaves and returns to base on the same day transport will normally be provided by the Trust by coach. Travel times will be calculated as follows:
(a) By using the agreed journey times (set out in Appendix Three) allowing the coach to arrive one half hour before the scheduled rehearsal call or one hour before a concert.
(b) By adding one quarter hour for journeys over 2 hours and one hour for a lunch or supper stop.
9.5 There will always be a 15-minute break between the time of arrival of the coach and the commencement of the rehearsal.
9.6 Failing or pending agreement on existing or new journey times, agreed timings will be taken of three journeys and the average time of these three journeys shall become the standard time for publication in the schedule, this time being subject to re-negotiation in the event of significant changes in route or other factors.
9.7 The Trust cannot require the Musician to use his or her own car nor travel with another musician to fulfil an engagement outside the home base. If the Musician does use his or her own car and no transport is otherwise provided by the Trust he or she will be reimbursed in line with agreed rates which will be posted on the company intranet

Travel and Accommodation. Travel shall be conducted and accommodations shall be arranged in accordance with current Company policy. When the suitability of travel arrangements or accommodations is of concern, the employee will, if time permits, obtain prior approval from the Chief Pilot, or their designee before making any changes thereto. The above notwithstanding, employees may not upgrade their flight or accommodations at the Company’s expense without prior approval. Employees will inform their manager immediately if the location of their accommodations changes.
Travel and Accommodation. 57.1 A Province or SARU will provide and pay for accommodation and travel required for all Contracted Players performing their Duties under this Agreement.
57.2 SARU and the Provinces retain the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the standard of the Contracted Player's accommodation and travel during assembly for training camps, Matches and tours in line with the respective Travel and Accommodation Policies of the Province and SARU.
57.3 SARU and the Provinces shall arrange and pay for the cost of comprehensive travel insurance in an amount to be determined within the sole discretion of SARU or the Province to cover the Contracted Player for theft or loss of personal belongings during periods of national and overseas travel.
57.4 The Contracted Player is personally responsible and liable for all telephone calls, internet services, room service, personal dry cleaning, or other personal services, made or ordered by the Contracted Player from accommodation arranged by the Province. These costs may be deducted by the Province from the Contracted Player's Remuneration payable to him after providing written details of the deductions to the Contracted Player.
57.5 A Province will provide free transport to Contracted Players or refund them the official SARS kilometre rate for the use of their private motor vehicles if Contracted Players are required to play in Matches for the Province at venues more than 50 (fifty) kilometres from their Home Ground.
57.6 Provinces will always provide Contracted Players with sufficient sustenance and refreshment when travelling for the Province.
