SOFTCAND Software Services Inc has the right to revise this agreement and its annexes without any prior notice, and if this right is exercised, the relevant change will come into effect with the next use by the user. If the user does not accept such changes, SOFTCAND Software Services Inc. has the right to terminate this agreement.
