The Commission may in response to an application for consent to a Relevant Change raise written queries concerning the Relevant Change in respect of which such application is made.
If the Commission does not consent to a Relevant Change which arises as a result of a Plc Application, and if within the period referred to in clause 5.20 the Commission and the Contractor fail to agree and sign a Plc Programme of Action, the Commission is entitled to terminate this Contract by issuing a Termination Notice.
The Commission will only be deemed for the purposes of clause 5.18.1 to have received a complete application in respect of a Relevant Change when the Contractor has responded in writing to all such queries to the Commission’s reasonable satisfaction.
