Site Profile. The Purchaser waives an obligation by the Vendor to submit to the Purchaser a site profile in accordance with the Environmental Management Act, as amended from time to time and the Contaminated Sites Regulation, as amended from time to time.
Site Profile. The Purchaser hereby waives any right to receive from the Vendor site profiles in respect of the Purchased Assets as provided under Section 26.1(7) of the WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT (British Columbia).
