Waste Management Act definition

Waste Management Act means the Waste Management Act of the Province of British Columbia or any legislation that replaces the Waste Management Act.
Waste Management Act means the Waste Management Act S.B.C. c.40, as amended or replaced and any successor legislation, and any regulations thereunder.
Waste Management Act means the Waste Management Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 482, as amended.
