Sidewalks/Street Trees. Paragraph 7 of the Agreement is amended as follows: Owner shall be required to install sidewalks along Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx and West Xxx Xxxx Street prior to obtaining a building permit for development in accordance with Use Permit No. 133A. Any requirements for street trees along those roads shall be waived.

Sidewalks/Street Trees. Owner agrees, in lieu of installing sidewalks and street trees along South Xxxxxxxxxx Avenue and West Xxx Xxxx Street, to pay the City the equivalent cost for installation of said sidewalks and street trees prior to obtaining a building permit for development under Use Permit No. 133.

  • Sidewalks entrances, passages, elevators, vestibules, stairways, corridors, halls, lobby and any other part of the Building shall not be obstructed or encumbered by any Tenant or used for any purpose other than ingress or egress to and from each tenant’s premises. Landlord shall have the right to control and operate the common portions of the Building and exterior facilities furnished for common use of the tenants (such as the eating, smoking, and parking areas) in such a manner as Landlord deems appropriate.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner.
