SHOP ASSEMBLY. The basic equipment shall be shop assembled, fitted, match-marked and then dismantled to the extent necessary for shipping in largest practical sections. Complete assemblies requiring the least possible field assembly are required. Sufficient notice shall be given to Buyer prior to the time of dismantling and shipping so that Owner and Buyer or their representatives may inspect the completed shop work.
SHOP ASSEMBLY. Shop assembly requirements for sector gates and appurtenant items shall be as shown and specified herein and in Section C2 -
SHOP ASSEMBLY. Unless otherwise specified, each unit furnished shall be assembled in the shop to determine the correctness of the fabrication and matching of the component parts. The tolerances shall not exceed those shown on the drawings and each unit assembled shall be closely checked to insure that all necessary clearances have been provided and that binding does not occur in any moving part. Assembly in the shop shall be in the same position as final installation (closed position) in the field unless otherwise specified. Assembly and disassembly work shall be performed in the presence of the Government Inspector, unless waived in writing by the Contracting Officer. Errors or defects disclosed shall be immediately remedied by the Contractor without cost to the Government. Before disassembly for shipment, each piece of a machine or structure shall be match-marked to facilitate erection in the field. The location of match-marks shall be indicated by circling with a ring of white paint after the shop coat of paint has been applied, or as otherwise directed.
SHOP ASSEMBLY. Do not force components together in a manner that causes binding of the running surfaces of the components. Do not use lubricants to assemble self-lubricated components unless otherwise specified. Bearings/bushing systems shall be rotated by hand checking for proper clearance and movement.

These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Technical Specification As enumerated in Special Conditions of Contract/Scope of Work/attached Drawing/ Details/Schedule of Rates.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.
