Shop work is included in this Contract at no extra charge to County.
Shop work shall be defined as any work performed within the confines of the Contractor’s registered place of business.
Shop work shall not include work performed at the business premises of others without the prior approval of the Union and shall include the preparation, sandblasting, painting and all incidental work thereto in order to perform shop coatings on oil field equipment, drilling equipment, trucks, tanks, valves, heavy equipment, vessels, derricks, structural steel, piping, etcetera.
If such Shop work is refused by the machine operator or truck driver, their pay will immediately revert to the pay grade for whatever work is assigned them.
Shop work is included in this price agreement at no extra charge.
Shop work (work performed outside of County facilities) is included in this Contract at no additional charge.
Employees shall be paid: $13.23 per hour for all Stagehand, Painter, Truck Loading and General Shop work; $15.44 per hour for Forklift Operators, Fly Persons, Light & Sound Board Operators, Follow Spot Operators, Crew Heads, any non-Rigging work that requires fall protection, OSHA Certified Operators and Onsite Stewards; $21.11 per hour for Riggers and Video & Camera Operators; $5.77 for Ushers, $8.40 for Box Office and $12.60 for House Manager positions.
Shop work is included in this Contract at no additional charge to the rates set forth herein.
