Gate Delivery. No measurement will be made for the loading, transportation, unloading, and placing sector gates and their appurtenances on storage dunnage or into warehouse. Payment for transportation, unloading, and placing sector gates and their appurtenances on storage dunnage or within warehouse will be made at the applicale contract job price as reflected in Section B for "Delivery of Gate 1 to Catfish Point" or "Delivery of Gates 2 and 3 to Catfish Point". Payment shall be full compensation for all plant, labor, equipment, material, barges, tug boats or other marine equipment, and cranes for loading and transporting to the Catfish Point Structure, and unloading and placing into storage at the Catfish Point Structure on contractor supplied dunnage. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) designates certain biobased products for federal procurement and specifies minimum biobased content levels for those products. Any designated product that is being offered or supplied under this contract shall meet USDA BioPreferred’s minimum biobased content level.
