SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall provide to the DISTRICT on the terms set forth herein all the services articulated in the CONTRACTOR’s proposal which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT “A” (the “CONTRACTOR’s WORK PLAN”). In the event of a discrepancy, inconsistency, or other difference between the terms of the CONTRACTOR’s WORK PLAN with this AGREEMENT, the PARTIES agree that the terms of this AGREEMENT shall govern and be controlling.

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall upon submission of a bid hereunder be bound to furnish the goods and services herein specified according to the terms and conditions as set forth herein, upon acceptance by the City Council.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. The services to be provided by the Contractor under this Agreement shall include the following:
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. A. Monitoring and Shower and Bathroom Operation Service The primary scope of work to be provided as part of Category 3 is for monitoring the shower and bathroom operation service. Contractor staff will be required to offer towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other necessities for the appropriate use of the shower and bathroom trailer, and will also be responsible for cleaning the shower and bathroom after each use. In addition, the attendants shall be responsible for ensuring safe usage of the shower and bathroom trailer by members of the public, enforcing courtesy rules, obtaining signed liability waivers from the mobile shower and bathroom users, reporting damage or misuse of the shower and bathroom trailer, closing the shower and bathroom trailer, or any one of the individual stalls, if it becomes unusable, and collecting and properly disposing of various types of waste including trash, needles, and hazardous waste in an appropriate manner that meets all applicable waste disposal requirements as well as health and safety requirements. The attendants shall be customer service oriented, and assist the needs of the general public in answering questions, providing directions, and referring individuals to the appropriate homeless providers for various support reasons.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. The Contractor, during the duration of this Agreement, shall perform the duties as outlined in the attached Statement of Work, labeled Exhibit A, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement and made a part hereof.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall provide the CCPO with the services it requires, as necessary and requested.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. For the purposes of performing the task and complying with the scope of the study mentioned above, the Contractor shall organize and deploy resources for the specific tasks described below, including provision of adequate and appropriate equipments and software for carrying out the remote sensing analysis, desktop truthing and field truthing surveys.
