Zoning districts Sample Clauses

The "Zoning districts" clause defines the specific geographic areas within a municipality or jurisdiction that are subject to particular land use regulations. It typically outlines the boundaries of each district and specifies the types of activities, buildings, or developments permitted in each zone, such as residential, commercial, or industrial uses. By clearly delineating these districts and their permitted uses, the clause helps manage urban growth, prevent incompatible land uses, and promote orderly development within the community.
