Limitation of rights of Audit. The conduct of any Audit shall be in accordance with the Health ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Privacy ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, including the Health Information Privacy Code 1994 covering the use of Health Information held by health agencies, and any other relevant law.
