Services to Residents. In connection with its management and leasing of the Project, Manager shall coordinate and facilitate on Owner's behalf the supplying to the residents of the Project (i) the utilities and other services stipulated in the leases, (ii) such other services as Owner may approve or specify in writing, and (iii) the services contemplated and/or specifically prescribed in the Operating Plan.

In connection with its management and leasing of the Project, where utilities and other services provided pursuant to Leases or specifically prescribed in the Operating Budget cannot be registered in the name of a Resident, Manager shall provide for such utilities or services to be provided in the name of Owner or the Project.

Services to Residents. Agent will ensure provision of services to Residents in accordance with the Resident Services Plan attached hereto as Exhibit C to the satisfaction of OHCS. Agent will, annually and as more frequently requested by OHCS, provide documentation to OHCS of its provision of such services in accordance with the Plan in a manner and substance satisfactory to OHCS.
Services to Residents. Owner will ensure provision of services to Residents in accordance with the Resident Services Plan attached hereto as Exhibit C to the satisfaction of OHCS. Owner will, annually and as more frequently requested by OHCS, provide documentation to OHCS of its provision of such services in accordance with the Plan in a manner and substance satisfactory to OHCS.
Services to Residents. To the extent that the Parties determine that any services currently provided to the residents and tenants of the Properties would be non-customary services, and such services would, in the reasonable judgment of the tax advisors to FDC and MAAC, after Closing jeopardize MAAC's qualification as a REIT under the Code for 1997 or subsequent tax years, then FDC shall cooperate in good faith with MAAC and MAALP to restructure any non-customary services in such manner that such services would not jeopardize MAAC's REIT qualification.
Services to Residents. The Agent shall be responsible for the effective and efficient provision of resident services, including the maintenance of safe and clean common areas and grounds; weekly housekeeping and laundry service; periodic window washing, carpet and drapery cleaning; provision of three meals per day, seven days per week; maintenance of twenty-four hour per day emergency call system; recreational facilities and activities; centrally located mail distribution; and other contracted services as specified in the Resident's negotiated service plan. The Agent shall ensure that systems to deliver all resident services are in place, staff hired and trained prior to Project opening. Recognizing the contribution that quality makes to the successful long term marketing of the Project, the Agent shall provide services of consistently high quality, acceptable to the Residents and the Owner.
