Service Purchaser means either Xxxx Canada or Nexxia, where Xxxx Canada or Nexxia are the recipient of the Teleglobe Services pursuant to a Specific Services Agreement, or Teleglobe, where Teleglobe is the recipient of the Bell Services pursuant to a Specific Services Agreement;
