Service Award to Named Plaintiffs. Defendant will agree to pay an award to each named Plaintiff that shall be separate and apart from any other sums agreed under Section 4 (“Service Award”). The amount of the Service Award to be paid to each of the two named Plaintiffs is $2,000, for a total of $4,000 in Service Awards. These Service Awards were not discussed or negotiated until all other substantive terms for the Class Action settlement were finalized and agreed upon.

Service Award to Named Plaintiffs. A. In return for services rendered to the Settlement Class, at the Fairness Hearing Named Plaintiffs may apply to the Court to receive a Service Award of no more than Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00) per Named Plaintiff.
Service Award to Named Plaintiffs. Within seven (7) days of the Effective Date, Defendants shall pay, from the Gross Settlement Fund and through the Claims Administrator, a Service Award (also known as an incentive payment) to the Named Plaintiffs in the amount of $5,000.00 each. The Parties recognize that any Service Award is subject to Court approval.
Service Award to Named Plaintiffs. In return for the services they rendered to the Class Members, Named Plaintiffs will apply to the Court to receive three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) each as a one-time Service Award from the Gross Settlement Fund, for a total of twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00). The outcome of the Court’s ruling on the application for Service Awards will not terminate this Agreement or otherwise affect the Court’s ruling on the Application for Final Approval.   • Multiple Individual Retirement Accounts In the event the depositor maintains more than one Individual Retirement Account (as defined in Section 408(a)) and elects to satisfy his or her minimum distribution requirements described in Article IV above by making a distribution from another individual retirement account in accordance with Item 6 thereof, the depositor shall be deemed to have elected to calculate the amount of his or her minimum distribution under this custodial account in the same manner as under the Individual Retirement Account from which the distribution is made.

  • Leave of Absence for College Committees An employee whose assigned work schedule would prevent her/him from attending meetings of a college committee to which s/he has been elected or appointed, will be granted a leave of absence from her/his regular duties without loss of pay or other entitlements to attend such meeting(s).
