Named Plaintiffs. “Named Plaintiffs” are Concely Del Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.
Named Plaintiffs. “Named Plaintiffs” means Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Named Plaintiffs. “Named Plaintiffs” is defined in the preamble of this Agreement.
Named Plaintiffs. 13 1. Within 15 business days of the Effective Date of this Settlement Agreement, USCIS will reissue a receipt notice indicating that the “filing date” or “receipt date” is the 14 date on which the initial rejected Form I-589, I-918, or I-918A was received by USCIS for each of the named Plaintiffs.
Named Plaintiffs. “Named Plaintiffs” and proposed Class Representatives in this Litigation are Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx, and shall also include any and all of their representatives, heirs, administrators, executors, beneficiaries, agents, and assigns of such individuals, as applicable and without limitation.
Named Plaintiffs. Named Plaintiffs" means the Plaintiffs and Class Representatives identified above, who are the individuals and entities identified as plaintiffs in the Xxxxx Master Consolidated Amended Complaint that remained active participants in the Litigation and all individuals and entities identified as plaintiffs in the Complaints or Amended Complaints filed in the other four cases that were transferred to MDL No. 2316.
Named Plaintiffs. Each Agreement on Services and Plans for Named Plaintiffs entered into by the parties pursuant to Section 4.G of the Stipulated Settlement Agreement approved by the Court on May 17, 2007, is hereby incorporated as enforceable provisions of this Plan.
Named Plaintiffs. The term “Named Plaintiffs” means the seven individuals named as plaintiffs in this Action.
Named Plaintiffs. In consideration of my receipt of a court-approved monetary distribution from the Claims Portion of the Settlement Fund in Jaffe, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx-Xxxxx et al. x. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Co. Incorporated f/k/a Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx XX Inc., Case No. C-06-3903-TEH (the “Litigation”), I hereby agree to be bound by the terms of this General Release and Indemnification Agreement (the “Agreement”), as follows:
