Examples of Service Award in a sentence
No later than ten (10) business days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, Named Plaintiffs shall make an application to the Court for the Court’s approval of a Service Award of $10,000 for each Named Plaintiff to be paid from the Settlement Funds.
Defendant agrees not to oppose a Service Award of $10,000 for each Named Plaintiff to be paid from the Settlement Funds.
The Parties’ agreement to the foregoing Service Award was not negotiated until after the substantive terms of this Settlement Agreement (including, without limitation, the injunctive relief and amount of the Settlement Funds) had been negotiated and agreed upon during mediations and subsequent settlement discussions.
Each year, up to eighteen (18) bargaining unit members will be granted a Distinguished Classified Civil Service Award in recognition of outstanding performance of their duties and/or public/community service.
