Gross Settlement Amount definition

Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.
Gross Settlement Amount means the sum of thirty-nine million eight- hundred thousand dollars ($39,800,000), contributed to the Qualified Settlement Fund in accordance with Article 5. The Gross Settlement Amount shall be the full and sole monetary payment, whether to the Class, Plaintiffs, Class Counsel, or otherwise, made by or on behalf of Reliance Trust Company in connection with the Settlement effectuated through this Settlement Agreement.
Gross Settlement Amount means $1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand dollars), which shall be the maximum gross amount that Defendants will pay pursuant to this Settlement Agreement, inclusive of settlement payments; any Service Award to the Settlement Class Representatives approved by the Court; costs of Notice and Administrative Expenses; and any award of Court approved attorneys’ fees and costs. In no event shall Defendants be required to pay any amount beyond the Gross Settlement Amount.

Gross Settlement Amount means the sum of one million, eight hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars ($1,875,000), contributed to the Qualified Settlement Fund in accordance with Article 5. Defendants shall cause this amount to be paid directly by their fiduciary liability insurer. The Gross Settlement Amount shall be the full and sole monetary payment to the Settlement Class, Plaintiffs, and Class Counsel made by or on behalf of Defendants in connection with the Settlement effectuated through this Settlement Agreement. Neither Defendants nor their insurer(s) will make any additional payment in connection with the Settlement of the Class Action.
