Gross Settlement Amount definition

Gross Settlement Amount means $2,441,992, which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.
Gross Settlement Amount means the sum of thirteen million ($13,000,000), contributed to the Qualified Settlement Fund in accordance with Article 5. The Gross Settlement Amount shall be the full and sole monetary payment to the Settlement Class, Plaintiffs, and Class Counsel made on behalf of Defendants in connection with the Settlement effectuated through this Settlement Agreement. Defendants and their insurers will make no additional payment in connection with the Settlement of the Class Action.

Gross Settlement Amount. (“GSA”) means the maximum amount to be paid by Defendant as provided by this Agreement. The Gross Settlement Amount does not include Employer Payroll Contributions on the wage portion of Class Member Settlement Shares, which Defendant shall pay separately, and there shall be no reversion to the Defendant.
