SENIORITY AND HOURS OF WORK. 12.01 Employees shall be assigned work on the following basis for the practical application of 11.03 and 12.01. The parties agree that employees, in declining order of seniority (from most senior to most junior), the most senior full time employee who has the skill and ability to perform the work available, shall receive the maximum number of scheduled regular hours available by the day and by the week to a maximum of eight (8) hours in the day and forty (40) hours in the week.

SENIORITY AND HOURS OF WORK. 12.01 The Employer shall have the right to schedule shifts having regard to seniority with the most senior full time employee(s) who has the skill and ability to perform the work available, shall receive the maximum number of scheduled regular hours available by the day and by the week to a maximum of 8 hours in the day and 40 hours in the week. Hours of shifts at Front Desk shall be as follows: Days 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Afternoons 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Nights 11:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
SENIORITY AND HOURS OF WORK. Should a position become available on a fixed shift, any employees who are working in the same job classification on rotating shifts will be offered the fixed shift opportunity in order of seniority as the first step in the job filling process.

  • Days and Hours of Work The standard workweek for workers occupying full-time positions consists of 40 hours unless otherwise specified by the Board of Supervisors.
