Security & Liabilities. 2.3.1 Site security responsibilities agreed by both parties: The Contractor shall take charge of the security management.
2.3.2 The responsibility division of security area and relevant security system, responsibility system and reporting system agreed by both parties: The Contractor shall take charge of all security and management in the construction site and formulate corresponding system and precautionary measure.
Security & Liabilities. So as to verify your or authorized person’s identity and protect confidential information about your account(s) we must have signed instructions at all times and when you visit our branch we may ask for identification. We will not be liable to you if: • The instructions you give us are not correct; or • We cannot carry out our responsibilities under these conditions as a result of anything that we cannot reasonably control. This includes, amongst other things, any machine or electronic device failing to work and industrial disputes. We will not be liable to you in any circumstances for: • Any type of special, consequential or indirect loss whatsoever; or • Loss caused as a result of any use by you of any account aggregation or similar service provided by someone else. If you break any of the conditions of this agreement, we shall be entitled to claim from you any losses or costs that we incur as a result of your breach. These include, but are not limited to, the costs of tracing you, notifying you of the breach, communicating with you about the breach and enforcing payment of any amount due to us. Our entitlement to claim such losses from you is in addition to our entitlement to recover from you any monies that you already owe us.
Security & Liabilities. 2.5.1 Subject of liability for security work on site is stipulated by special terms and conditions. The party undertaking security work of the site is responsible for liaison, communication and coordination with local related public security department, and shall bear related cost incurred.
2.5.2 The Employer and the Contractor discuss to determine the partition of security responsibilities of implementation stages and area of the project, and compile related security scheme, responsibility system and reporting system as annex to the contract.
2.5.3 As for areas occupied by the Employer, a single project and project accepted as per contractual stipulations, the Employer undertakes related security work, as well as costs, damages and liabilities incurred.

Security & Liabilities. The client (renter) is required to conduct the function in an orderly manner, in full compliance with the Licensee’s (Back Home Catering) policy. Back Home Catering is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained by the renter, its employees, or patrons during rental period. The renter is responsible for any damages done to the property on or about any part of the banquet hall (Room 62) premises or theft of property. Back Home Catering and its employees reserve the right to inspect and control private parties, receptions, etc. If a function appears to be getting out of control we will notify the renter or the designated person in charge (PIC) to address the situation and if proper steps are not taken, Back Home Catering reserves the right to stop selling/furnishing alcohol, cancelling the event, or involving proper authorities to aid in the regaining control. At the conclusion of the event, all personal property including gifts, decorations, etc. must be removed from the event center. Back Home Catering will not be responsible for items left overnight on premises. Under no circumstances may items be left overnight or stored after an event has occurred. Any items left overnight may be at risk of being disposed of.
