Section 8 Vacation. 2013 Vacation All vacation awarded in 2012 for the 2013 calendar year shall be governed by the provisions of the prior East and West Collective Bargaining Agreements, as applicable.

Section 8 Vacation. Beginning on January 1, 2015 up until PBS implementation PVDs (up to a maximum of six (6) days per calendar year) may be utilized by LAA Flight Attendants at the daily rate of 3:30.
Section 8 Vacation. A regular full time employee shall be entitled to forty (40) hours of vacation time after the completion of six months of continuous service. After the sixth month, vacation time shall be accrued monthly at the following rates: • Eighty (80) hours per year beginning the seventh month through end of the fifth year. • One hundred twenty (120) hours per year beginning the sixth year through the end of the ninth year. • One hundred sixty (160) hours per year beginning the tenth year through the end of the fourteenth year. • One hundred seventy-six (176) hours per year beginning the fifteenth year through the end of the nineteenth year. • One hundred eighty-four (184) hours per year beginning the twentieth year and thereafter.

  • Accrued Vacation It is further agreed by the parties hereto that, upon sale or transfer of ownership of any store or upon dissolution of business, vacation pay for all months worked for which no vacation pay has been given shall be immediately paid to all employees coming under this Agreement, regardless of length of time said employee has been with the Employer.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no later than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned. Following the completion of six (6) months of service, the employee shall be entitled to use earned paid vacation.

  • Annual Vacation Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Employee may be absent from his employment for vacation at such times as are pre-approved by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer. Unused vacation shall not be carried over into the next year, and will not be paid in the form of cash.

  • Banked Vacation Once every five years an employee may bank one full year's vacation to be taken in conjunction with the next year's vacation. For the purposes of this clause, all vacation in the second year must be taken concurrently.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

Unused vacation in any given year shall not accumulate from year to year and Employee shall not be entitled to any cash payment for, or payment in lieu of, unused vacation time.
