SCOPE OF SERVICES AND WORK SCHEDULE. The Acquisition Provider shall perform Right of Way Acquisition services as requested by the State, and the State will furnish items and perform those services for fulfillment of the contract as identified in Attachment B. The parties shall prepare a schedule of work identified as Attachment C - Work Schedule (if applicable). The Work Schedule shall contain a complete schedule so that the Acquisition Provider’s Scope of Services under this contract can be accomplished within the specified time and contract cost. The Work Schedule will provide specific work sequence and definite review times by the State and the Acquisition Provider of the work performed. The Acquisition Provider shall notify the State in writing as soon as possible if it determines, or reasonably anticipates, that the work under this contract or a work authorization cannot be completed before the termination date, and the State may, at its sole discretion, extend the contract period by timely supplemental agreement as provided in Article 8 - Supplemental Agreements/Work Authorizations.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.
