SCHOOL'S UNDERTAKINGS. To provide work of an appropriate and challenging standard for each student To provide as far as possible, reasonable adjustments and support for those students needing it We will provide appropriate home study tasks to consolidate and extend student learning To provide information to parents on their child’s progress To respond within agreed timescales to parents' enquiries To promote a high standard of dress and behaviour appropriate to the workplace To inform parents and students of the correct equipment needed for each subject To treat students and parents as individuals and with respect To encourage all members of the school community to take responsibility for the school environment To record arrival times and inform parents if their child is frequently late To record all absences and to contact parents if no written explanation is received Parents' Undertakings:- To encourage my child to complete all work set To inform the school of any special needs my child may have To actively support home study tasks To engage with the school in developing action plans designed to support my child's social, emotional and well-being needs if appropriate To inform the school promptly of any home situation which may affect my child’s performance in school To attend parents' evenings if at all possible and to attend meetings in school if requested to do so To support the school’s uniform and dress code and encourage high standards of behaviour in my child To ensure my child has the correct equipment To encourage my child to treat all members of the school community with respect and to treat members of the school community with respect myself.   • LICENSEE’S UNDERTAKINGS 8.1 The Licensee shall:

The provisions of this Agreement are severable, and in the event any provisions of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any controlling body of law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof.

  • Rules of Competition Concerning Undertakings 1. The following are incompatible with the proper functioning of this Agreement in so far as they may affect trade between the Parties:

  • Entire Agreement and Severability This Agreement represents the entire agreement among the parties with regard to the investment management matters described herein and may not be amended, modified or waived without the affirmative written consent of the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser effected in accordance with Section 17 of this Agreement except as otherwise noted herein. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or made invalid by a statute, rule, regulation, decision of a tribunal or otherwise, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and, to this extent, the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed to be severable.

  • Mutual Understanding Each party has read this Agreement, fully understands the contents of it, has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice regarding the Agreement’s legal effect, and is under no duress regarding its execution.

  • GENERAL UNDERSTANDING (1) The courses of instruction to be provided (the “Applied Learning Experience” or “ALE”) will be of such content, and cover such periods of time as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon by the University and the Facility. The starting and ending date for each ALE shall be agreed upon at least one month before the program commences.
