Scholarships and Costs. In the framework of the EIT RawMaterials education project “Open ESEE-Region Master for Maintenance Engineering” (OpESEE) with the number 17008, the student will receive a scholarship granted by EIT RawMaterials Academy for the second semester at LUT University and for the third semester at TUBAF. The amount of scholarship awarded is specified as follows: Financial supports to students of the MSc. ENTER programme 2. Semester (LUT University) 3. Semester (TUBAF) Monthly allowance 250 €/student x 6 months (Jan. 2020 – Jun. 2020) 250 €/student x 6 months (Oct. 2020 – Mar. 2021) Travel bursary 600 €/student (transition between Home University and LUT University) 600 €/student (transition between LUT University and TUBAF) Total 2,100 €/student 2,100 €/student The student admitted to the MSc. ENTER programme may also apply for additional scholarships. If the student decides to withdraw permanently from the MSc. ENTER programme, or wants to take a leave of absence, he/she needs to inform the coordinating university (TUBAF) in writing. The effective date is the date the student files a written request for withdrawal or leave of absence. From that day on, the scholarship from EIT RawMaterials Academy will be terminated but the student will not be required to repay the already received scholarship. The student is personally responsible for all costs relating to the MSc. ENTER programme, including but not limited to following: Travel expenses (including the two mobility periods and probably one internship placement) Accommodation and living expenses Administrative/registration/enrolment fees During the second semester at LUT University, every student needs to pay Student Union about 70 €. During the third semester at TUBAF, every student needs to pay 84 € for the administration fees. These fees include discounts at the students’ canteen, fees for the Student Union, free internet access on campus and free access to the library, etc. Compulsory insurance, including medical and travel insurance All costs associated with applying for and obtaining appropriate visas and travel documentation All costs associated with studies (textbooks etc.) All other debts incurred during the course of their stay. Concerning tuition fees: TUBAF does not charge tuition fees from the participating student of the MSc.   • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
