Monthly Allowance. (a) The Employing Authority has the sole right to determine which employees are required, as a condition of employment, to provide a motor vehicle for the purposes of carrying out employment functions. Such determination is subject to review once every twelve (12) months. Where such requirements exist, these employees shall be entitled, at their option to be exercised annually, to receive a monthly allowance of three hundred dollars ($300) plus one-half (½) of the transportation allowances in Article 34.01. These employees shall receive the monthly allowance for a twelve (12) month period.
Monthly Allowance. The Corporation shall provide the Executive a monthly allowance in the amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS US (US$2,000), which shall be paid as an allowance in respect of the following items: (i) vehicle; and (ii) tax preparation. The foregoing amount shall be allocated among the foregoing items in such manner as the Executive determines, subject to the approval of the CEO (acting reasonably).
Monthly Allowance. During the Employment Period, the Company shall provide to Executive a monthly car allowance in the amount of $1,000.
Monthly Allowance. The Corporation shall provide the Executive a monthly allowance in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS US (US$4,000), which shall be paid as an allowance in respect of the following items: (i) vehicle; (ii) insurance (medical, dental, vision) premiums; and (iii) tax preparation. The foregoing amount shall be allocated among the foregoing items in such manner as the Executive determines, subject to the approval of the CEO (acting reasonably).
Monthly Allowance. The fellowship amounts will be 980 euro per month, according the, values of FCT (xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxx/xxxxxx/xxxxxxx). The xxxxx xxxxxx will have a personal accident insurance and, if not covered by any social protection scheme can ensure the right to social security through adherence to the voluntary social insurance scheme, pursuant to Código dos Regimes Contributivos do Sistema Previdencial de Segurança Social. The scholarships will be paid monthly by bank transfer.
Monthly Allowance. The Employee shall receive a non-accountable expense allowance of $2,500 per month.
Monthly Allowance. Each Participant shall receive a Monthly Allowance as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. The Monthly Allowance may be increased, decreased or eliminated at any time by the Company in its sole discretion, provided that any change will be prospective only. All or any portion of the Monthly Allowance may be used each month by a Participant to pay for Costs billed to the Participant in the previous Month or may be accumulated by the Participant to pay for future Costs. In any event, all portions of a Monthly Allowance must be used within eleven (11) months after the Month in which the Monthly Allowance is received. Any portion of the Monthly Allowance not used within such period shall be forfeited. Use of accumulations of a Participant’s Monthly Allowance will be made on a first-in, first-out basis. In no event shall a Participant be entitled to receive cash or other compensation in exchange or as a substitute for the Monthly Allowance.
Monthly Allowance. The Secretary of the military department concerned shall pay a high-deployment allowance to a member of the armed forces under the Secretary’s jurisdiction for each month during which the member—
Monthly Allowance. 3.2.1 The Partner may receive a monthly allowance whose determination and gross amount shall be decided on a discretionary basis in light of the Group's annual budget as determined at the beginning of each fiscal year. Any monthly allowance shall be paid, if the case arises, at the same time as the salary, directly into the Partner's bank account.
Monthly Allowance. The City agrees that bargaining unit members shall receive a monthly allowance of $50.00, except plain clothes officers who shall receive $75.00 for the cleaning and maintenance of Department issued uniform items and equipment.
