This Agreement (including all schedules and exhibits attached hereto and Placement Notices issued pursuant hereto) constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all other prior and contemporaneous agreements and undertakings, both written and oral, among the parties hereto with regard to the subject matter hereof.
Notices delivered through electronic communications, to the extent provided in paragraph (b) below, shall be effective as provided in said paragraph (b).
The Company’s obligation to redeem Bonds with respect to Notices of Redemption received in any given Redemption Period (as defined below) is limited to an aggregate principal amount of Bonds during any Redemption Period equal to the 10% Limit (as defined below).
