Common use of Scheduling of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Scheduling of Vacation. (a) On or before January 31st of each calendar year, employees shall submit their requests for annual vacations and on or before February 28th of each calendar year, the Employer shall approve the scheduling of annual vacations for employees. In the event that two (2) or more employees from within the same Department submit an application for the same time period, seniority will be the determining factor.
