Scheduling of Students. The Administration shall have the right to schedule students. However, Middle School teachers shall have the right to make temporary adjustments in the schedules of students for the purpose of furthering the educational interests of students. In the event that a temporary adjustment is expected to last two or more days consecutively, the teachers on the team must notify the Administration regarding the adjustment. The Administration shall have the right to rescind any temporary adjustment when the Administration concludes that the temporary adjustment impedes the educational interests of any student. In no case shall the School Committee have any responsibility for any situation in which such temporary adjustments result in any violation of any provision of this Agreement. If such a violation occurs, neither the Association nor any affected teacher shall have any right to file and/or pursue any grievance in connection with such an alleged violation, except as follows: in the event that the NEA/SK notifies the Building Principal that a temporary adjustment violates the contract, and the Building Principal fails to correct the alleged violation, and in the event that the NEA/SK then notifies the Superintendent of the alleged violation and the Superintendent fails to correct the alleged violation, then the NEA/SK shall have the right to file a grievance concerning the Administration's failure to correct the alleged violation.

  • Scheduling of Overtime In any case where no employee is available to work a shift or the extension of a shift at straight time, and the Employer thereupon determines that it is necessary to assign the work on an overtime basis, the following provisions will govern the assignment of the overtime.

  • SCHEDULING OF THE WORK The number of working days stipulated for this Contract is 5. These working days shall be consecutive. The Contractor is not required to submit a schedule for this project. Liquidated damages will be assessed beyond the number of working days specified above as well as the completion date as noted in this tender form and agreement. The Contractor must advise the Engineer 48 hours in advance of work starting.

  • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Every effort shall be made to spread the statutory holidays off evenly throughout the year.

  • Rescheduling of Tests If the Independent Engineer certifies to the Authority and the Concessionaire that it is unable to issue the Completion Certificate or Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, because of events or circumstances on account of which the Tests could not be held or had to be suspended, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to re-schedule the Tests and hold the same as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • Scheduling of Vacations Vacations shall be scheduled at a time mutually acceptable to the OSFM and the employee and consistent with the work requirements of the OSFM. All vacation leaves require advanced written authorization by the employee's immediate supervisor; however, management may verbally approve short notice requests, subject to submission of written leave request form upon return.

  • Scheduling of Meetings Either party may request a meeting of the UFE- Management Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party.
