Satisfaction Promise. If you’re not completely happy with your Beyond Slim purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 90 days for a full refund (less shipping). This satisfaction promise is not applicable to sale items, display items and business supplies and starter kits. Abusive returns by Coaches will result in the cancel- lation of the Coaches’ Beyond Slim business and the return will be treated as a cancella- tion return pursuant to policy 35. Product purchased with product credits is not eligible for a refund or return.

Satisfaction Promise. Xxxxx Xxxxx offers a 30-day money back guarantee. For customers who purchase Xxxxx Xxxxx product from our Company’s website or from an Ambassador’s or Influencer’s personal website, Xxxxx Xxxxx will provide the retail customer a full refund if for any reason he/she is not satisfied with any Xxxxx Xxxxx product. The customer may return the unused portion of the product to Xxxxx Xxxxx within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping and handling charges. This satisfaction promise is not applicable to sale items, display items and business supplies and sales kits. The customer must return any unused product at their expense. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from the Company and written on the outside of the shipper box. Once the unused product is received by the Company, a refund will be issued. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment and will be the amount of the purchase price less the original shipping and handling fee. If a customer requests a refund from product that was purchased directly from an Ambassador or Influencer, the Ambassador/Influencer will be responsible to refund the purchase price less the shipping and handling to their customer.

Satisfaction Promise if you’re not completely happy with your Cinder and Sky purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days and store credit within 30 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unused items in resalable condition (excludes sale items, display items and business supplies; which are Final Sale). When returning or exchanging an item: • Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, a copy of your order receipt email or a copy of your return confirmation email. • Was your order missing an item or did your order contain the wrong item or damaged or defective items? If so you must notify us within 14 days from your order date.

Products shipped directly to the customer by the Company must be returned to the Company and a refund will be issued to the customer by the Company. Products delivered to the customer by a Consultant must be returned to the selling Consultant, and it shall be the responsibility of the Consultant to issue the refund to his/her customer. Consultants must call the Business Center for authorization in order to return any product(s). Within thirty (30) days of the date of the sale to the customer, the Consultant will return the product(s) from the customer along with a sales receipt for a replacement item for the same or similar item of equal or lesser value. The expenses of returning items to TrūAura will not be refunded or credited. Consultants shall disclose the terms of the satisfaction promise to his/her customers at the time of sale and shall also point out this satisfaction promise information on the sales receipt and product literature. If a Consultant returns more than $500 worth of products purchased for his/her own use for a refund in any twelve (12) consecutive month period, the request will constitute the Consultant’s voluntary cancellation of his/her Consultant Agree- ment, and the refund will be processed as an inventory repurchase and the Consultant’s TrūAura business will be cancelled.
