The Selling definition

The Selling. XxXxx Entities shall specify in the Drag/Tag Notice the number of shares to be sold by each Stockholder, which shall equal the product of the Stockholder's Percentage times the number of Drag/Tag Shares (the "Drag Along Pro Rata Share").
