Order Date definition

Order Date means, with respect to a Purchase Order, the date specified in Section 2.3(a) and, with respect to a Redemption Order, the date specified in Section 2.6(a).
Order Date means the date on which the final Decision and Order in this matter is issued by the Commission.
Order Date shall have, (i) with respect to a Purchase Order, the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 2.3(a) of the relevant Trust Agreement; and (ii) with respect to a Redemption Order, the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 2.6(a) of the relevant Trust Agreement.

  • The Transfer Agent shall provide a written summary to the Sponsor of all accepted Alternate Cash Orders for Creation for such Order Date no later than 2:30 p.m. (New York time).

More Definitions of Order Date

Order Date as used in this article means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated order or modification, the effective date of this Order or modification.
