Order Date means, with respect to a Purchase Order, the date specified in Section 2.3(a) and, with respect to a Redemption Order, the date specified in Section 2.6(a).

Order Date means the date on which the final Decision and Order in this matter is issued by the Commission.

• If a Purchase Order is rejected, the Transfer Agent shall send to the Authorized Participant (with copy to the Custodian), via facsimile or electronic mail message, as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than 6:30 p.m. (New York time) on the Order Date for such Purchase Order, a copy of the corresponding Purchase Order endorsed “Declined” by the Transfer Agent and indicating the reason.

• Each Purchase Order shall settle on the Business Day following the Order Date.

Order Date as used in this article means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated order or modification, the effective date of this Order or modification.
