Replacement Item definition

Replacement Item or "Replacement Equipment" shall have a fair market value at the time of such replacement equal to the then fair market value of the Equipment or Items thereof for which replacement is made, and anticipated to have a fair market value at the expiration of the Base Term equal to the fair market value which the Equipment or Items for which replacement is made would have had at the end of the Base Term, and (i) be the same type and of at least equal capacity to the Equipment for which the replacement is being made. Upon delivery, such Replacement Equipment shall become subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Lease. Lessee shall execute all such documents necessary to effect the foregoing.
Replacement Item shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4(f) of this Agreement.
Replacement Item means a Samsung item that We, the Insurer, supply to You. It may be a changeover item that has been re-manufactured or refurbished under a recognised changeover program. Successful Claim: means a claim received by Us where We Repair the Covered Item, replace the Covered Item or pay You the Cover Amount.
