ROOM ATTENDANTS. 1) The number of rooms each room attendant is normally expected to complete on a normal eight (8) hour shift is sixteen (16) rooms; effective January 1, 2009 fifteen (15) rooms. If in the judgement of a room attendant, damage has been done to the room which will necessitate a significantly longer time spent cleaning it, a supervisor must be notified. If the supervisor concurs, someone will be assigned to assist the room attendant. If there is no one available, the room attendant will either be assigned to another room or have the day's room quota reduced by one (1)

ROOM ATTENDANTS. No housekeeping employee shall be required to clean an unreasonable number of rooms. Room Attendants shall not be required to clean more than fifteen (15) rooms in an eight (8) hour shift. The Nicollet Suite shall count as three (3) rooms. Rooms 630, 764, 867, 896, 901, 930, 1033, 1167 and 1201, shall count as one (1) room. However, when a Room Attendant is assigned two (2) of these rooms, the Housekeeper’s total room quota for that day will be reduced by one (1) room. When a Housekeeper is assigned four (4) of these rooms, the Room Attendant’s total room quota for that day will be reduced by two (2) rooms.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Catering The IU Auditorium staff may suggest caterers for your event; however, the Licensee will be responsible for paying all catering costs in a timely manner. All caterers in the IU Auditorium must be pre-approved by Auditorium Management and possess all valid Indiana licenses for food service and the service of alcoholic beverages (if applicable). The caterer must carry commercial general and auto liability insurance, including a products-completed operations endorsement, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 Aggregate. Licensee must be in compliance with all other university regulations regarding food service including, but not limited to, completing the University Office of Environmental Health & Safety’s Temporary Food Service application. In addition, “The Trustees of Indiana University, its officers, agents and employees” must be named as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance for both Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability coverage. The Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to Indiana University for review and approval at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the scheduled date of the event. If Licensee’s vendor/caterer fails to comply with any of the requirements described in this section, the vendor/caterer will not be permitted to serve food or alcohol at the Event and Licensor shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by Licensee or Licensee’s subcontractors as a result of such cancellation. Stage Labor The Auditorium Production Stage Manager and the Licensee in conjunction with the Auditorium Management shall determine the number of employees necessary for the call. Manpower must be maintained until such time as work in all departments is fully completed. All requests for manpower must be submitted in writing forty-eight (48) hours prior to load-in. Indiana University Auditorium is under contract with IATSE Local #618. Licensee agrees to abide by the rules of this agreement governing stage labor. IU Auditorium Facility Usage Policies It is further agreed and understood that all of the Facility Usage Policies including all addenda published by the date of this Agreement are hereby incorporated as part of this contract and the Licensee has received a copy of the Indiana University Auditorium Facility and General Information. Please initial here: Sound System If sound equipment is carried by the performing company, artist, or conference, the Indiana University Auditorium Production Stage Manager, after consultation with representatives of the company, may permit use of the company's equipment in conjunction with the house system. If Licensee is to mix sound system from the road sound mixing position, mixing stacks and/or equipment to be no higher than forty-eight (48) inches from the floor. Front Lighting There are no balcony rail house lighting positions in the Indiana University Auditorium.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply:

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • Tickets Each Ticket represents a limited, revocable license to enter the Venue to attend the specific Event listed on the applicable Ticket. No person, except for attendees under the age of three, may enter the Venue without a Ticket, and re-entry is prohibited. Failure to comply with this Agreement shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund or credit and shall entitle KSE to pursue all legal remedies available.
