Role of Workplace Consultative Committee. Following the lodgement of this Agreement, a Workplace Consultative Committee (Committee) comprised of Management representatives and Employee Representatives will be formed in accordance with clause 29.1(b). The purpose of the Committee is to: • discuss issues which are likely to have a Significant Effect on Employees and/or UCMH; and • monitor the implementation of this Agreement. UCMH Senior Management retains the exclusive right to make decisions concerning Employees’ terms and conditions of employment. The Committee may liaise with Senior Management, but does not have the authority to make decisions concerning terms and conditions of employment.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.
