Formation of Workplace Consultative Committee. Membership of the Committee shall consist of: • 4 Management representatives (one of whom must be the Chief Executive Officer) who are appointed by UCMH from time to time; and • 6 Employee Representatives who are elected by a majority vote of Employees from time to time. Where appropriate, the Committee may invite Employees, external advisers or other individuals to address the Committee from time to time. An operating quorum of the Committee shall be a minimum of 50% of Management representatives and 50% of Employee Representatives.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.
