Risks Becoming Uninsurable. Each party will, forthwith upon Having Knowledge, notify the other if a Principal Insured Risk becomes or is expected to become Uninsurable. If both parties agree or it is determined in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure that the relevant Principal Insured Risk is or is about to become Uninsurable and that the Principal Insured Risk being Uninsurable is not and will not be caused by the actions or omissions of Project Co or any Project Co Person or the Authority or any Authority Person contrary to Section 5.10 of Schedule 5 [Insurance Requirements], then the parties together with their respective insurance advisors will meet to discuss the means by which such Principal Insured Risk should be managed (including considering the feasibility of self-insurance by either or all parties).

Risks Becoming Uninsurable. Operations Co acknowledges the provisions of Section 6.9 of the Project Agreement. Each party will, forthwith upon Having Knowledge, notify the other if a Principal Insured Risk becomes or is expected to become Uninsurable and Project Co will so advise the Authority. Operations Co, together with its insurance advisor, will participate in any meetings of the Authority, Project Co and their respective insurance advisors to discuss the means by which a Principal Insured Risk should be managed pursuant to Section 6.9 of the Project Agreement (including considering the feasibility of self-insurance by any or all of the Authority, Project Co and Operations Co).

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.

  • Insured The contractor/renter must be specifically listed as the Insured. OR

  • Return or Destruction (a) As requested by the Furnishing Party during the Agreement Term, the Receiving Party will return or provide the Furnishing Party a copy of any designated Confidential Information of the Furnishing Party.

  • Adverse Weather Conditions Except in emergency conditions, the Employer shall not require an employee to work outside under extreme weather conditions.

  • Insurability Buyer has the right to review and object to the availability, terms and conditions of and premium for 418 property insurance (Property Insurance). Buyer has the Right to Terminate under § 25.1, on or before Property Insurance 419 Objection Deadline (§ 3), based on any unsatisfactory provision of the Property Insurance, in Buyer’s sole subjective discretion.
